The purchase agreement is entered into with Clean Noodles ApS.
A consumer is understood as any natural person who carries out a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to its commercial nor independent business activity.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into an agreement on these items. You can place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before you place your binding order, using the appropriate correction aids that are available in the ordering process. The agreement is entered into by you by clicking on the order button accepting the offer for the items in the shopping cart. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

The images displayed on our site are for illustrative purposes of the products only. These images and the packaging of these products on our site can slightly differ from the original products.
4. Delivery terms
The shipping costs will be added to the stated product prices.
We only deliver by post. A self-collection of the products is not possible.
5. Returns
Currently we have a strict no return, no refund policy. All sales are therefore final and non-refundable.

When placing your order, please enter the required credit card information. The amount will be deducted from the associated account.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your Order.

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
